Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Welcome to this website of STRITVA Micro Foundation. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the cause on payment gateway as under:-

We use payment gateway for two purposes; for receiving donations and for contributions towards our Products.

* For Receiving Donation: 

No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the social developmental work of STRITVA Micro Foundation.

* For Contributions Towards Products  :

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products  provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by STRITVA Micro Foundation, the cancellation charges will become applicable at a flat rate of 25% of the order value.  STRITVA  Micro Foundation has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by STRITVA Micro Foundation and accepts STRITVA Micro Foundation decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.


* Rules of How to Cancel or Return Order  ? 

* Cancellation must be within 1 days of placing the order by write a cancellation mail at stritvafoundation@gmail.com

* You will receive a cancellation confirmation mail from our team within 24 hours .

* In case of refund , you have to write a refund mail at stritvafoundation@gmail.com  within 24 hours of delivery of the product  along with the valid  reason for refund . ( unvalid reason are not accepted ) 

* You will get a refund confirmation mail from our team within  24 hours , then our sales team will collect the product from your doorstep in 3-4 days .

* The amount will be credited in your account within 1 week after we receive the product .

* Credit Card Details :

 You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on STRITVA Micro Foundation will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. I.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to STRITVA  Micro Foundation. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by STRITVA Micro Foundation with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. STRITVA Micro  Foundation will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

* Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

* You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by STRITVA Micro Foundation for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

That you will use the services provided by STRITVA Micro Foundation, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you.  STRITVA Micro Foundation reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), STRITVA  Micro Foundation has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of STRITVA Micro Foundation and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

 That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site

 That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

 Before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
